En 1995 hice un trabajo que titulé ADN, la idea era muy simple retratos sin ningún tipo de referencia temporal ni cultural, sólo importaba su propia esencia. Un tiempo después, exactamente 20 años, me propuse volver a fotografiar a estas mismas personas, empecé a investigar, y desgraciadamente algunos ya no estaban y a otros no tenía manera de localizarlos. Así que intenté recopilar información de todos ellos a través de internet, . Toda la información la recogía a través del ordenador de Philippe Iver, un auténtico maestro informático que había creado y desarrollado una máquina capaz de asociar información con imágenes. De esta manera conseguimos seleccionar de cada individuo una serie de imágenes que iban conformando una especie de retrato digital a partir de la información existente en la red de lo que habían sido sus vida durante estos últimos 20 años.
